CRM Manager (m/w/d)

Department & Team: Online Business

Location: Düsseldorf

Reporting To: Marketing Director

Role Purpose: Base Manager / SM / CLTV / Churn / Customer Engagement Loyality / Base Manager / SM / CLTV

Responsibilities:

  • Development of strategies to undertake churn management (including reporting to senior stakeholders) and the execution of those strategies for the Pre-Paid mobile customer base
  • Key focus areas will be to drive down customer churn and customers moving into inactive status by executing targeted offers, right rate plan for usage patterns, migration between customer bases
  • An in-depth understanding of churn prediction modelling analytics, working with analytics team (internal and external) and executing campaigns to identify at risk customers will be critical in terms of successfully managing this portfolio
  • Design and execute a Pre-Paid churn management strategy to improve tenure, customer lifetime value and profitability
  • New development and optimisation of various tools of communication for our existing LEBARA customers, responsible for existing customer projects such as competitions or campaigns
  • Promote upgrades, cross- and upsell deals, retention across all channels (app, email, SMS, web)
  • You will conceive sales-boosting marketing campaigns and their timely implementation in the existing customer environment
  • Work closely with our BI team to better understand our existing customers and conduct campaigns around customer engagement, cross-sell and up-sell
  • Establish and develop a strategy and roadmap for customer loyalty and improved customer experience

Skills & Experience:

  • Completed studies in marketing / sales / IT or comparable studies
  • Min. 3 years experience in online business and CRM
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry desirable
  • Very good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Other language skills would be an advantage, especially Polish or Romanian
  • Very good handling of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • High motivation, fun in teamwork

Online Marketing/ E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d)

Role Purpose: Outbound / Data Expert / Technical Implementation / Customer Aquisition

Responsibilities:

  • Specialist in eCommerce with a focus on target achievement - you create sustainable marketing and sales strategies
  • Performance marketing, media planning, budget allocation, timing, targeting, creative concepts as well as communication consistency
  • Development of creative campaigns and measures to increase channel performance, sales and revenue responsibility
  • Management of the affiliate channel regarding the sales content and advertising partners - develop strategic partnerships and cooperations and manage sales-relevant projects
  • Development of commission models to increase effectiveness while maximizing efficiency; includes partner controlling and commission payments
  • Take over regular performance checks of your actions and derive optimizations from them / Track KPIs (websites, social media, campaigns) and define actions
  • Drive lead management and marketing automation

Skills & Experience:
