Even during the Corona Lockdown, our Customer service will continue to be available for you on all channels. Please note that we have had to temporarily reduce capacity to protect our staff. This may result in waiting times for our telephone customer service. We hope that you understand our measures and recommend whenever possible using the Lebara App or our Online customer portal MyLebara. We recommend you use the online options (website & app). If this is not possible, it is best to buy your Lebara credit at the same time as another purchase from one of our partners. We have displayed the logos of our partners above, please refer to the website of the respective partner to find out which branches are open and when.
If you already have Lebara credit, the easiest way to book a tariff is via the App. Alternatively, you can of course also use the SMS codes. If you run out of credit, you can pay the tariff directly in the App as well as on the website.
Yes, our customer service will continue to help you with any problems. However, we have reduced capacity to protect our staff and there may be longer waiting times than usual as a result. We therefore ask you, as far as possible, to solve any problems that arise in Self-Service.
