Lebara will port your number
Lebara will port your number from your previous provider. This may take up to 7 working days.

SIM via post
As soon as your number has been ported, we will send you your Lebara SIM via post. Please activate your SIM online.

You want to make cheap national and international calls with Lebara Mobile and still be available for your friends and family under the same number. Then just port your old number to Lebara Mobile! Please note the following hints to successfully port your number to Lebara Mobile: You need to send the number portability application to Lebara Mobile within 120 days bevor or 20 days after the withdrawal of your old contract. 

Top-up card


To port your number to Lebara Mobile you have to terminate your old contract in time.

If you have used a top-up card until now, please send a waiver to you old telephone company. In general most telephone companies charge a fee for porting your number. Top-up users please make sure that there is enough credit on your card for the collected costs. Otherwise it is not possible to port your old number to Lebara Mobile.

Duration contract


Your old contract has to be terminated in time to successfully port your number to Lebara Mobile.

If you still have a duration contract somewhere else, you have to terminate it to the next possible termination date. You can find a waiver blank online. In general your current telephone company charges a fee for porting your number to Lebara Mobile. If you want to take your number of your old duration contract with you to Lebara Mobile, the fee will be invoiced in arrears. Please note, that your current telephone company will release your number only after you paid the fee.

 

The number you want to port has to be registered on your name at your previous telephone company. The customer data that you give us within the context of order or activation with number portability, has to be identical to the deposited data at your previous telephone company. Each deviation may lead to a problem with the portability of your number. Should there be a problem with the portability of your number as an exception, you can easily order a free Lebara Mobile SIM with a new number here.
