Arbitration before the Telecommunications Consumer Arbitration Board of the German Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur): The customer may apply for arbitration proceedings under the German Telecommunications Act, section 47a, submitting his or her application to the Telecommunications Consumer Arbitration Board of the German Federal Network Agency (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle Telekommunikation der Bundesnetzagentur), PO Box 8001, 53105 Bonn, Germany (phone: +49 (0)30 22480-590, fax: +49 (0)30 22480-518, email: [email protected]) in the event of a dispute concerning Lebara’s proper fulfilment of obligations and relating to execution of the contract on the provision of networks or services and relating to the German Telecommunications Act (Telekommunikationsgesetz), sections 43a, 43b, 45 or 46, or relating to statutory instruments based on those provisions, or the said act, section 84, or EU Regulation No. 531/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 June 2012 on roaming on public mobile communications networks within the Union or EU Regulation 2015/2120, article 4 (1), (2) or (4), of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25. November 2015 laying down measures concerning open internet access and amending Directive 2002/22/EC on universal service and users’ rights relating to electronic communications networks and services or EU Regulation No. 531/2012 on roaming on public mobile communications networks within the Union.
