Oh no! Sorry to hear that you have lost your SIM card.
Don't panic, just log in to your My Lebara account and order a new one straight away or contact an agent.
Once you have ordered a new SIM as lost/stolen on My Lebara the current SIM will be suspended, so no one can use it.
You’ll receive the new SIM within 2-5 working days. If this is the second time we are replacing your SIM card; there will be a 49 kr. charge, which will be deducted from your balance.
Extra information: If you have lost your phone device with your SIM card, all your contacts and private information is lost too, unless you regularly backup your information on your computer or are synced to a cloud.
You can order a new SIM card with the same number, but this new sim card will not come with your contact or phone device information. Lebara will send you a new sim card with any balance you had.
