Advance Credit


  1. What is an Advance Credit?

  2. Advance Credit is an SMS subscription service by which the LEBARA Customer who accepts this modality of top up -hereinafter, the User-, may request an Advance Credit of their LEBARA prepaid card, to avoid running out of balance when needed to stay connected.

    Through the present top-up modality, LEBARA (XFERA MOVILES, S.A.U.), with NIF A-82528548 and registered office at Avenida de Bruselas, 38 Alcobendas 28108 (Madrid) offers its customers the possibility of requesting an Advance Credit.

    The acceptance of the "Advance Credit" Service grants the condition of service user (hereinafter, "User") and expresses the total acceptance of all of these particular conditions (the "Particular Conditions"), which will be in force until the moment in which the Customer requests the cancellation of the subscription.

    The present particular conditions regulate the procedure by which, once the Service has been activated, the User may request, as long as he/she meets the requirements to do so, an Advance Credit on the prepaid SIM Card, by sending or receiving the corresponding SMS

    The User may cancel the corresponding subscription by sending an SMS to the number 22333 with the text STOP.

  3. Price

  4. The activation of the Advance Credit service has a fee up to 20% of the Advance Credit amount requested by the Customer.

    The amount of the Advance Credit requested and the management cost of the advance -20% of the advance payment made- will be deducted from the next top-up in accordance with general terms and conditions of the contract.

  5. Requirements to request an Advance

  6. The Customer may request an Advance Credit will if he/she meets the following requirements:

    • The Customer has accepted these terms and conditions and therefore has the Advance Credit Service active.
    • To be a prepaid customer.
    • The Customer must have at least 45 days of tenure with the line on which the Advance Credit is requested.
    • The Customer must have done a top-up in the last 30 days.
    • The Customer must have a balance of less than 1 Euro to be eligible for the Advance Credit.
    • The Customer will not be able to request an Advance Credit if he/she is not in Spain.

  7. How to request an Advance Credit?

  8. The Service allows to increase the available balance by requesting an Advanced Credit of LEBARA's prepaid card at any time, through the present procedure.

    LEBARA offers the Customer the possibility of requesting an Advance Credit through an SMS in which a landing page with these conditions will be included.

    The Customer accepts the conditions and gives his/her consent by replying to the mentioned message with the text "ANTICIPO", which implies the acceptance of receiving an advance offer, which will be made by LEBARA.

    The response to the second message sent by LEBARA with the amount of the selected Advance Credit, will imply full acceptance by the user of the commercial proposal of LEBARA in accordance with these Advance Credit conditions.

  9. Conditions of use
  10. Once the Advance Credit Service has been activated and during its validity, the User may receive or send an SMS in accordance with the clause 3 of these particular conditions, to make effective the corresponding Advance Credit, which may range between 1€ and 9€.

    Once the user has reviewed the conditions and answered the SMS with the keyword ANTICIPO, he/she will receive an SMS with the details of the Advance Credit, the amount and the fee. It will also indicate the amount that will be deducted in the next top-up.

    The Customer may use the amount advanced for both voice and data, as well as use it for the payment of bundles or any other service available in LEBARA's prepaid mode, counting as a regular top-up in relation to LEBARA's prepaid conditions.

    LEBARA reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration, and content of the Service, as well as the Particular Conditions required to use the Service, which will be applicable to contracts made from that moment on.

    LEBARA reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend or cancel this Service at any time.

    The User agrees to use the Service correctly and diligently and in accordance with the law, the present particular Conditions, morality and generally accepted good customs and public order.

  13. Service availability
  14. LEBARA does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the Service, nor its suitability for any purpose or utility for the performance of any activity, nor its infallibility.

    To the maximum permitted by applicable law, LEBARA excludes any liability for damages of any type that may be due to the lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the Service, the lack of suitability for a particular purpose or utility that users may have attributed to the Service and the failures of the Service.

  15. Data protection
  16. LEBARA (Xfera Móviles, S.A.U.) will be responsible for the processing the data necessary to provide the Advance Credit Service. Data to be processed will be telephone number, the tenure within the company, information about top-ups (such as average amount, average time between top-ups or not having outstanding advances). This information will be used for the purpose of evaluating, through automated means, the appropriateness of providing the advance and calculating its amount, which is necessary for the execution of the Advance Credit Service. We will not communicate your data to any third party. We will keep this data for as long as the service is active and, after that, in a locked form until the prescription of legal obligations derived from the processing.

  17. Applicable law
  18. The relationship between LEBARA and the User shall be regulated, for all purposes, by Spanish law.
