Our monthly rates are autorenewal plans for 30 days that offer internet with 4G speed and valid minutes to Spain and 50 countries.
These rates do not have permanence commitment, so they can be canceled at any time and will no longer be valid from the expiration date.
The contract rates are monthly autorenewal Plans that can be contracted exclusively through the web / App and contain 4G internet by default. Its duration is 30 days, they have no commitment to stay, they are valid in roaming and it is not necessary to top up the balance to enjoy them. The minutes are valid for Spain and 50 international destinations.

In Prepaid you have 2 options:
1. talk and surf with the per minute rate that works with prices according to the destination country and a price per MB.
2. Activate an internet bundle, minutes or a bundle that contains internet and minutes. These bundle have a duration of 28 days and are autorenewal if the customer has a balance or money on his credit / debit card. These bundles can be activated through SMS or the web / APP as well as at Lebara points of sale.
Yes, all the plans included in our contract rates are valid both for existing customers and for new customers who decide to come to Lebara.

Existing customers: You only have to access the web / APP of Lebara and activate it. Through the web or the App you can check your available min / MB, change to another Plan of our contract rates as well as deactivate the autorenewal option.

New customers:
There are two options:
• Customers who come to Lebara with a new number: They only have to enter the web / App and access our contract rates, signing up for the monthly Plan they want.
• Customers who come to Lebara with their number: They must request portability through the web or at a point of sale and once the portability is effective, they will access the web / App to activate the Monthly Plan chosen within our rates.
The Plans included in our contract rates are managed exclusively through the web / App: its activation, cancellation, change to other plans etc. The customers only have to access the web / App to manage his Plan.
There are different scenarios for which the customers may need to talk or surf outside of the chosen monthly Plan within our contract rates
• Calls to destinations not included in the Plan, Roaming in areas not included in RLAH, premium numbers, etc.
• The user of the contract rate has exhausted the minutes and / or MB of his Plan contracted before the renewal date.

In all these cases, the customer has several options:
1) Call or browse in rate per minute or MB
2) Buy another Monthly Plan in which case the minutes or MB are accumulated and the validity date will be that of the last activated monthly Plan
3) Buy a prepaid bundle: minutes, or minutes + internet. In this case, the minutes or MB accumulate
4) Buy an Internet Prepaid bundle, in which case the MB will not be accumulated.
5) Regarding the validity of the bundles, there are two cases:
• Internet Bundles or All-In-One Bundles: The validity will be that of the last purchased bundle, in this case the prepaid one and the customer must activate the monthly Plan again if he wishes to enjoy it.

Ex: Client with an activated MONTHLY PLAN that ends his GB before the expiration date of the monthly Plan and decides to activate a 2GB prepaid bundles. The bundle that is renewed will be the last one activated (2GB) and if the client wishes to continue enjoying the monthly Plan, he must activate it again after its expiration.
• Rest of Prepaid Bundles: The validity of the monthly Plan and the Prepaid bundles run in parallel. Ex: Client with a monthly activated Plan that ends its minutes before the expiration date and decides to activate a Flexi10 bonus. In this case, the validity of both bonds runs in parallel so each one will keep its corresponding validity date.

6) In the case of exhausting the MB before the renewal date, the customers can buy an extra internet bundle whose validity date will be that of the monthly Plan contracted.
Yes, I can use this balance topped out of bundle (minutes / MB exhausted before the expiration of the plan or calls to destinations not included in the monthly Plan).
Yes, outside of bundle can be used (minutes / MB exhausted before the expiration of the Plan or calls to destinations not included in the monthly Plan).
No, the existing monthly plans within the contract rates can be purchased exclusively through the Lebara website / App with a credit or debit card.
Yes, by default they are self-renewing and if the customer wants to deactivate it, he must enter MyLebara to do it.
When I have a balance on my SIM, I will have to activate again the Plan of contract rate chosen if I want to enjoy it.

The customer accepts Monthly Plans terms and conditions and those of Lebara service when the plans are contracted. Destinations included in the plans available above here. Monthly 10GB and 20GB plans include 5.000 national and international minutes. 30 day rolling plans, valid after contracting and setting up a monthly debit payment. After 30 days validity period, the minutes/ MB will expire, without being reimbursed or accumulated, as it will also be renewed. The cost of the plan renewal will be charged to the payment method defined or credit available in the SIM. The customer can cancel Monthly Plans at anytime, without any cost, through the website or Mylebara app. Once GB/ minutes included in the plans have been consumed, the tariffs per use will be applied, both per MB and per minute, and these costs will be charged to the payment method defined. For more information about Monthly Plans, please click here
