To get the promo rates until the end of the calendar month, send PROMO to 22241. Any customer who has not activated his promo will be charged at standard rates. Rates shown are subject to a connection charge of 19cts per call for France and 15ct for abroad and EU promo rates. Connection fees are free for European Union standard rates (Except France)**

Roaming Tariffs New EU Regulation: Tariffs valid from 1er January 2020

Good news, from 1st of June 2017 you can use your Lebara mobile in the European Union as if you were in France.

  • If you are using a pay as you go offer, outcoming and incoming communications are charged please see the tables below and above to learn the roaming rates.
  • If you are using a bundle, communications from and to an European country are deducted from your bundle

Fair usage policy:

When using a Lebara bundle while roaming in the EU (Zone 1 and Zone 1 - EEA, below), we may apply a Fair Usage Policy in order to prevent any abusive roaming situation.

After the fair usage threshold you will be charged 0,005€/Mo in Zone 1 and Zone 1 EEA until the renewal of your bundle.

To be able to use roaming in the EU, you must have made a chargeable activity within the FR  ( made a call, sms or used data ) before taking your phone abroad.

Roaming Voice (Outbound Calls)

As of the 1st May 2016, new pay as you go rates apply for all calls/text/data usage within the EU as set out below.

Customers with a bundle are able to use their allowance with the addition of a small surcharge of Voice call 0.06/min, 0.024/text and 0.06/MB.

Les appels passés en dehors de l’offre «PROMO » sont facturés aux tarifs standards en vigueur. Le coût de connexion habituel de 15ct/appel pour l'étranger et 19ct/appel vers la France s’applique à tous les appels sortants en dehors des appels en illimités ou dans le cadre d’un forfait. Les appels internationaux sont facturés en centimes d’Euros TTC à la minute. Les tarifs PROMO sont valables pendant 60 minutes d’appels par jour vers toutes destinations qui bénéficient d’un tarif PROMO, une fois ces 60 minutes utilisées les tarifs standards tels que détaillés sur lebara.fr seront appliqués.
