Why isn’t my SIM card working? 

Follow the different steps below to check why you cannot call.

1. Do you have enough credit? Is your plan active?

Call / Dial the number * 133 # your balance is displayed immediately on your phone screen. You can also call 2323, a message indicates your balance and your active plans.

2. Did you dial the recipient's number correctly?

If you want to make an international call, remember to dial the international code, followed by the country code and the mobile or landline number (without the 0 at the start).

3. Does your plan allow you to call internationally?

Check the options of your plan in relation to the country of your recipient.

4. Have you inserted your SIM card correctly?

Check your phone's instructions, it indicates SIM card not detected if it is not or incorrectly inserted.

5. Have you tried restarting your phone?

Sometimes a simple restart is enough for your phone to work properly. We therefore recommend that you give it a try.

6. Are you connected to our network?

You should see Lebara or Bouygues Telecom (BGT) displayed on your phone screen. If you are not connected to our network, connect manually: Go to the connection settings / Mobile networks of your phone. Check that the Network operator is LEBARA. Otherwise: Select manual search on the network. Reset your network settings by selecting a network other than Lebara. Repeat the manual search on the network and select Lebara or Bouygues Telecom as the network.

7. Is your phone “unlocked” for use with all carriers?

If your phone is locked to the network of the mobile operator you purchased it from, contact that operator to request that your phone be unlocked. If you have followed all these steps and your SIM card still does not work, contact our Customer Service

Les séries limitées sont réservées aux 10 000 premiers clients. L'offre 50% est réservée aux nouveaux clients qui commandent une carte SIM + un forfait mensuel supérieur ou égal à 20Go. Les offres sont valables jusqu'au 31/01/2022 inclus.
