I’m having trouble making a call

Why doesn't my SIM card work (I can't make a call)?

Follow them below to see what might prevent your calls.

Do you have enough credit? Is your plan active?
Call/Compose the number '133' your balance will appear immediately on your phone's screen.
You can also call 2323, a message tells you your balance and active plans.

Did you dial your recipient's number correctly?
If you want to make an international call, be sure to dial the international code, followed by the country code and the mobile or landline phone number (without the 0 at the beginning).

Does your plan allow you to call internationally?

Check your plan's options relative to your recipient's country.

Did you insert your SIM card correctly?


Check your phone's instructions, it says undetected SIM card if it is not or misinformed.
Have you tried to restart your phone?
Sometimes a simple restart is enough for your phone to work properly. So we recommend you try it.

Are you connected to our network?


You should see Lebara or Bouygues Telecom (BGT) displayed on your phone screen.
If you're not connected to our network, log in manually:
Go to your phone's mobile connection settings/networks.
Make sure the Network Operator is LEBARA.
Otherwise: Select manual search on the network.
Reset your network settings by selecting a network other than Lebara.
Repeat the manual search on the network and select Lebara or Bouygues Telecom as a network. 
 

Is your phone "unlocked" to be used with all operators?


If your phone is locked on the network of the mobile operator you purchased it from, contact that operator to request the release of your phone.

If you've taken all these steps and your SIM card still isn't working, contact our Customer Service.
