In order to transfer your existing number to Lebara, you will need to request a Port Authorisation Code (PAC) from your existing network provider. Once you have a PAC code simply contact one of our agents and provide them with the following information:
- Your Port Authorisation Code (PAC).
- The name of your existing network provider.
- The existing number you wish to transfer to Lebara.
- Your Lebara number. We will transfer your number to Lebara within 2 working days, once we receive the above information from you. There is a chance that for 24 hours you may experience problems with your existing number while the porting process is taking place. When you transfer your number to Lebara, you will receive £10 FREE call credit which you can use for any Out of Bundle needs.
