Lebara SIM only contract is 30-day rolling contract currently available online only. These plans auto-recurs every 30 days so you do not have to worry about topping up every month. Pay as you go Plans are no contract plans and available in our retail stores as well.
Yes you can retain your existing number.
In order to transfer your existing number to Lebara, you will need to request a Port Authorisation Code (PAC) from your existing network provider. Once you have a PAC code simply contact one of our agents and provide them with the following information:
  1. Your Port Authorisation Code (PAC).
  2. The name of your existing network provider.
  3. The existing number you wish to transfer to Lebara.
  4. Your Lebara number. We will transfer your number to Lebara within 2 working days, once we receive the above information from you. There is a chance that for 24 hours you may experience problems with your existing number while the porting process is taking place. When you transfer your number to Lebara, you will receive £4 FREE call credit which you can use for any Out of Bundle needs.

You can request for a new SIM online from here. You will receive an email confirmation of your online request for free Lebara SIM card and you can expect its delivery within 3-5 working days. Once you get your SIM you can buy a plan or topup online on our website or through the My Lebara app.
