Yes, your data allowance can be used to tether multiple devices or create a mobile hotspot when outside a wifi-zone.
No, all Lebara plans have international minutes included in them. You can call 41 countries using these minutes. Also, 50 International minutes bolt-on is available for £3 in case you need more international minutes.

Many operators will increase your prices based on inflation mid-contract. With Lebara, we promise you a fixed price for the full 12 months. So, stay assured that the price you sign up with, is the price you will pay each month for the duration of your full 12 months.
If you change your mind within the first 30 days of purchasing a 12 month plan, you can switch to a different plan in the same category (12 months). If you wish to cancel your plan, please speak with a customer services advisor. You may need to pay the full balance remaining on your account for the term of the plan.
There’s a 1GB data bolt-on for £3, a 200 UK minutes bolt-on for £3 and, a 50 International minutes bolt-on also for £3.
You can purchase multiple SIMs for your family and attach them to one email account (up to 4). You must create one primary MyLebara account first and attach a SIM to it.
Payment is taken at the beginning of each month, using the credit/ debit card or Paypal account details you have given us at time of sign up.
We will confirm payment for your plan each month and you can check and download a copy of your usage and payment history in your MyLebara account. We will not be able to share an invoice.
If you’ve changed your mind, please speak to our customer services team. We provide our customers the flexibility to switch to a different plan within the first 30 days of purchase, so you have peace of mind. However, if you decide to cancel your plan, you will need to pay the remaining balance on your account.

Yes, you can switch to a 12-month plan if you are already a Lebara customer. Simply log into your MyLebara account and choose the 12-month deal you want to switch to. Your 12-month term will begin from the date you switch to the new deal and we will take payments at the beginning of each month, as usual.
Switching to us is easy. Simply order your new SIM and plan with us online. Then text PAC to 65075 from your existing network to get a PAC code. On receipt of your new Lebara SIM, pop it in an unlocked handset, then log on to lebara.co.uk/portin to give us your details. We will transfer your existing number to Lebara within the time frame given at time of your port-in request.
You have total control on your spend with Lebara. Out of bundle starts at zero. To be able to make calls outside of your allowance, you will need to make a new top up or buy a bolt on if you run out of data or minutes.
Yes, you can use your existing handset with this deal as long as it is unlocked.
If you purchased your handset outright, it is likely to have come unlocked and can be used with any SIM & network provider. If you bought your handset as part of a contract with another network, contact them to help you unlock the phone. You may have to pay a fee to your existing provider if you are still in-contract with them.
