Role Purpose:

To provide first class professional and flexible Team and Business support and additional support to the C-Level and Executive Team when required.  


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for the Business, assessing priorities and re-directing calls, enquiries and requests as necessary.

  • Manage diaries, meeting rooms and appointments – proactively anticipating needs and managing changing priorities in a complex and busy environment

  • Manage emails and action accordingly

  • Co-ordinate travel itineraries and make local and international travel arrangements when appropriate

  • To organise internal and external meetings and teleconferences, including booking venues, arranging accommodation as required

  • Manage the internal facilities request and ensure staff requests are responded to in a timely manner

  • Responsible for informing reception and internal stakeholder of externals proposed visit to site

  • Receiving visitors and ensuring they are attended to and internal shareholders are notified of their arrival

  • Co-ordinate facilities/building orders ensuring supplies are ordered as required

  • Co-ordinate staff to ensure the office space is generally presentable and tidy, particularly the communal and client facing areas e.g. meeting rooms, kitchens, main entrance and reception areas.

  • Manage access control levels for new joiners and leavers

  • Assist with Health & Safety monitoring, processes and regulation adherence

  • High MS Suite proficiency, utilising MS Office to prepare correspondence, amend and edit documents and prepare presentation materialAd-hoc administrative projects and support


Skills and Experience:

Business Development Executive - various locations

Role Purpose:

We have many exciting opportunities available to join the Lebara family nationally! We are seeking BDEs in London, Midlands, North England and Scotland.

Please note: the nature of this role requires you to work on a full-time basis: 9am-6pm, 5 days a week.

Our BDEs will play a key role in the success of our business. As a BDE, you will manage Lebara's products and services offering to our customers. The essential responsibility is to manage up to 250 accounts in the designated area with the focus on increasing Lebara product and service availability, visibility, activations and market share from the accounts.

To ensure the success of Lebara, our BDEs will efficiently manage products such as SIMs, vouchers and point of sale materials.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts within the portfolio to ensure that Lebara delivers exceptional service levels to the retailers resulting in incremental share of business and growth opportunities

  • Identify and sign up new distribution entities for Lebara within the independent retail market

  • Consistently achieve all monthly KPIs, exploring all innovative options within the framework

  • Fulfilling and maintaining required journals (route plans, surveys and audits) promptly and diligently

  • Selling and promoting all Lebara products and services to ensure that availability is maintained within independent retail stores

  • Effectively collecting and presenting market feedback to achieve competitive advantage on market changes

  • Maintain awareness of territory and account level performance and alleviate risks through gap closers and retailer commitment

  • Maintaining sound business relationships with retail partners to bring the highest possible share to Lebara

  • Be attentive to service level concerns and escalate them to the respective support functions for resolution

  • Actively participate in new product/service launches and ensure full visibility is available to customers

  • Handling cash securely and banking responsibly, as required

  • Ensure the standard Lebara brand, product and services visibility is maintained to the best possible level within the retail store


Skills and Experience:


  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills

  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English

  • Strong reporting and presentation skills

  • High level of enthusiasm and initiative

  • Flexible and adaptable approach to business requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required to review reports and to produce data as and when required

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Education to A-Level (or equivalent) or above



  • Experience in sales in independent retail sector or telecommunication

Digital Marketing Manager

Location: London - White Chapel

Role Purpose:

To develop, execute and optimize the digital marketing strategy to acquire and retain customers across paid search and social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube for Lebara Mobile.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Devising strategies to drive new customer acquisition across PPC and Paid Social channels

  • Designing, executing and delivering efficient and profitable campaigns (predominantly through AdWords and Facebook)

  • Management and design of promotional offers (discounts, gifts, etc) to drive performance

  • Good understanding of affiliate marketing, platforms and managing them on daily basis.

  • Experience in using CMS platforms to update website’s content, banners. Also create promotional landing pages

  • Managing multiple product and market campaigns spread across web and mobile apps products

  • Formulating campaign strategy, researching keywords, segmentation, analysing competitors and testing

  • Analysing the performance of campaigns, identifying strategic opportunities, facilitating change in order to hit and exceed campaign expectations and KPIs

  • Project managing all of the activity and processes required to proficiently run campaigns

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing

  • Good analytical skills in processing payments for Affiliate partners on monthly basis

  • Experience in negotiating with new affiliate partners for tenancies and commission structures

  • An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running PPC and Paid Social campaigns

  • Substantial experience in digital marketing campaign management across multiple products and markets including web and app products

  • Experience executing and driving remarketing campaign split across multiple channels (search, video and display)

  • Highly analytical with proven ability to interpret, analyse and translate insight data and campaign results into actionable marketing plans

  • Experience in managing budgets while ensuring KPIs objectives are met

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Passion for PPC and digital marketing in general


Skills and Tools:

  • Experience in PPC, Affiliate and Social Media; understanding of SEO would be advantageous

  • Experience in understanding Affiliate platforms like Awin, Impactradius

  • Knowledge & experience of using DoubleClick for Search and Social Ad Management platform would be advantageous

  • A good understanding of Google Analytics and App analytics packages (Tune, Firebox or Localytics would be advantageous)

  • Experience using Double Click Bid Manager and Salesforce would be advantageous

Role Purpose:

Lebara Money - a Fintech business offering a digital money transfer service - is searching for an experienced operational manager who will be responsible for the day to day operations. In addition, can review business processes and make a variety of recommendations for improving efficiency and service as well as implementing changes when required. The Operations Manager is reporting to the Head of Operations and must be hands on, be able to take decisions and run projects with the team and alone.


Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Assistant x2

Role Purpose:

To manager the invoice payment process. To develop, implement and maintain key processes to continuously deliver a superior service to the business and suppliers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of invoice register and processing of all supplier invoices into business system promptly and accurately for different companies within Lebara Group.

  • Ensure invoices are approved following the procurement to payment process before processing payment

  • Control, approval and payment of staff expenses in Concur

  • Raise billing disputes with suppliers (especially telecom carriers) and follow up within the contractual time limit to resolve the disputes

  • Ensure supplier payments are prepared on a weekly basis

  • Ensure the regular reconciliation of statements with suppliers, maintaining good working relationships and taking action quickly to resolve differences.

  • Review unmatched and debit items and prepare and circulate weekly aged creditors analysis.

  • Make sure all processes are compiled to Group accounting policy and ensure records are maintained and filed in accordance with finance house keeping rules and follow European VAT record management requirements.

  • Prepare regular and adhoc reports for stakeholder across the business.

  • Filing and other tasks as briefed by the manager.

  • Drive invoice process improvement through the organisation

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders to make sure that requirements and restrictions are understood and adhered

  • Providing cover within the team


Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of working in Accounts team (Account Payable, Accounts Receivable)

  • Strong analytical skills, high level of accuracy, methodical with attention to detail

  • Highly numerate

  • Strong knowledge of Excel

  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX would be beneficial

  • Good written and verbal communication skill

  • Experience in working with international companies, multiple currencies and VAT international knowledge.
