Not sure what your number is?
Dial *#100# and press the call button to display your Lebara number on your handsets screen.
Alternatively, you can find your number on the back of the package your Lebara SIM card came in.

Want to keep your number?
To transfer your existing number to Lebara, you will need to request a Port Authorisation Code (PAC) from your existing network provider and a Free Lebara SIM from us.
Once you have a PAC code, simply activate your Lebara SIM by placing it in an unlocked handset and calling 5588. Once activated, please contact our Customer Service Team with the below information:
- Your Port Authorisation Code.
- The name of your existing provider.
- The existing number you wish to transfer to Lebara.
- Your Lebara number.
We will transfer your number to Lebara within 2 working days, once we receive the above information from you. During the porting process, you may experience issues with your existing number, if these issues last longer than 24 hours, please contact us.
When you transfer your number to Lebara, you will receive £4 free call credit

Sim not working
If your SIM is not working, please try the following checks:
Have you activated your new Lebara SIM card?
Dial 5588 and your Lebara SIM card will be activated once you hear the automated voice.
Do you have enough credit on your SIM card?
Dial *#1345# and then press the call button to check your credit balance.
Are you connected to our network?
Lebara should be displayed on your phone screen. If you are not connected to our network, please check how to connect to our network. How to connect to Lebara Network.
Making an international call?
If making an international call, please ensure you are dialling the international code, followed by the country code and finally by the mobile/landline number (without the 0 in the beginning). Here is a list of all country codes.
Did you insert your SIM card correctly?
It might be the wrong way around! Double check this online, different phone models have different ways of doing this.
Is your phone unlocked?
If you bought your mobile phone with another company, the phones are normally locked to that company. If it is locked you will usually need to contact the phone company that it's locked to, and ask them to unlock it for you.
If having performed the above steps your new SIM card is still not working, please request a new SIM card using the link below.
SIM not used?
Have you not used your sim for making any calls, sending texts or browsing data in last 84 days, please note your SIM card is now inactive. To reactivate your SIM and to keep the same number, please topup within 30 days.
If there has been no activity in last 114 days , please note your SIM card is now expired. To get a free SIM, click the link below to request a new SIM.
