If you are new to Lebara, click here to register for the program or login using your Lebara credentials here.
Once you register or login, the dashboard will provide you with options to invite your friends and family via WhatsApp, Twitter, Email or LinkedIn. Alternatively, simply copy your unique link and share it.
There is currently no cap on the number of referrals you can do
We will notify you via your registered email when any of your referral click your unique link and make a successful purchase.
If your referral makes a purchase and meets the eligibility criteria of continuing to use their SIM only plan, you will be credited with your referral reward within 60 days of a successful referral.
You can view your earnings anytime on Refer and Earn dashboard. Here you can choose the option to transfer funds straight into UK bank or Paypal account.
If your friend uses your unique referral link to make more than one purchases and meet all the eligibility criteria as stated here, they will be counted as separate referrals.
If your friend does not make a purchase from SIM Only plans listed here along with their free SIM, your referral would not meet the eligibility criteria of a successful referral.
Our referral programme is valid only when you refer a friend to buy one of the SIM Only plans listed here.
We strive to provide excellent customer service and our products are a great value deal. We run on the Vodafone network, so customers can be confident of fast, reliable 4G data speeds. In case of any problems with their plans, we encourage our customers to speak to an advisor so we can quickly find a resolution. However, if a referral does cancel a plan within 60 days from activation – the purchase will not meet our eligibility criteria of a successful referral.
We use Royal mail service for our deliveries, the SIM will arrive within 2 -3 working days for most of our customers. However, your referral can speak with an advisor to track their order or get a new SIM with their plan shipped again in the rare case that their order is not received. Your referral must activate and continue to use their SIM Only plan for you to meet the eligibility criteria of a successful purchase.
If your referral made a purchase of a SIM Only plan and decided to downgrade their plan prior to renewal, then the reward will be based on the most recent SIMO plan. E.g. Referral made a purchase of £25 SIM only plan and prior renewal, downgrades to the £10 SIM only plan, then reward will be based on £10 SIM only plan.
