  1. You must spend a minimum of £70 or more (excluding delivery) on your first shop in order to use the 30% discount. Minimum spend excludes delivery, tobacco products, alcohol, postage stamps, infant formula, pet food, the purchase of Ocado Gift Vouchers and food donations with Ocado. Statutory minimum alcohol pricing applies.
  2. The maximum discount is £25.00. For example, if you spend £100 on items listed below, you will receive the maximum discount of £25.00.
  3. The 30% off offer is for new customers aged 18 and over only who have opted into electronic marketing from Ocado about Ocado.com. You can opt out of electronic marketing in your account settings at any time and you are not required to be opted into marketing in order to use Ocado.com without the offer.
  4. The 30% off is only available on fresh produce, food cupboard, bakery, frozen, soft drinks, tea & coffee, toiletries, baby meals & drinks and finger foods.
  5. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher.
  6. The Three Month Free Smart Pass is only available for new customers who do not already have a Smart Pass and who have redeemed their 30% off voucher on their first shop (“Three Month Trial”).
  7. The Three Month Trial will automatically start the day after your first shop is delivered, where the 30% off voucher was redeemed.
  8. The Three Month Free Smart Pass entitles customers to all the benefits of Smart Pass, including free delivery, for the duration of the Three Month Trial, full details of which can be found here.
  9. Prior to the end of the Three Month Trial we will contact you to ask you to confirm if you want your Smart Pass membership to continue after the Three Month Trial.
  10. If you want your Smart Pass membership to continue after the Three Month Trial, this will be at the fixed applicable rate for your Smart Pass membership.
  11. If you do not want your Smart Pass membership to continue after the Three Month Trial or we are unable to contact you, your Smart Pass membership will automatically end at the end of the Three Month Trial and you will need to pay for any deliveries which are due to be delivered after the Three Month Trial.
