If you are an existing Lebara Customer
Existing Lebara customers can move to a SIM Only contract anytime with your current number. Just buy one of the SIM only contracts and you have moved to it already. To manage the plans, just use our handy App or Mylebara website
If you are new to Lebara
To transfer your existing number to Lebara, you will need to request a Port Authorisation Code (PAC) from your existing network provider. Once you have a PAC code simply contact one of our agents and provide them with the following information:
- 1. Your Port Authorisation Code (PAC).
- The name of your existing network provider.
- The existing number you wish to transfer to Lebara.
- Your Lebara number. We will transfer your number to Lebara within 2 working days, once we receive the above information from you. There is a chance that for 24 hours you may experience problems with your existing number while the porting process is taking place. When you transfer your number to Lebara, you will receive £4 FREE call credit which you can use for any Out of Bundle needs.
