I’m having trouble making a call
To check your balance, dial *#1345# and press the call button to see it onscreen or dial 5588 to listen to it. You can also see your balance when you log in to your MyLebara account online or via the app. Remember to dial the international code, followed by the country code and the mobile or landline number (without the 0 in the beginning). You should be able to see Lebara or Vodafone displayed on your phone screen. If you’re not connected to our network, try connecting manually.
We recommend setting up a MyLebara account and downloading the Lebara app. Once you’ve registered your details, you can quickly and easily top-up, check your balance and keep track of your call history.
