6/12/2019: If you see 'No service' or 'Searching' on your iPhone or iPad

If you see 'No serive' or 'Searching' on the screen of your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular) or you can't connect with the network and use data, please check the Apple support page.


29/11/2019Due to a malfunction, a large number of shops are currently unable to top up credit from Lebara. If you still want to top up credit, you can do this currently online or via the Lebara app. You can also visit other shops, like the Trekpleister, Kruidvat, MediaMarkt, Total petrol stations or to local shops with the Lebara logo on the front. Apologies for the inconvenience, we are working on a solution.


4/12/2019: Top up incident in some shops has been resolved The top ups are now in all our shops possible again. Of course you can still easily top up online or via the Lebara app. Apologies for the inconvenience.
