'Not satisfied? Refund!' applies to new Sim Only 24-month subscriptions and contracts that can be cancelled monthly. Also if you've switched from Prepaid to Sim Only. Have you renewed your contract or switched from a monthly subscription? Then you can't make use of the promotion.

Within 30 days
The refund must be requested within 30 days of activating the Sim Only subscription. This promotion is valid for new customers from 21 June 2021 to 31 December 2022. Costs incurred outside your bundle will not be reimbursed.After submitting the application form and confirmation of the cancellation the subscription will be de-activated.
