Switching from Lebara Prepaid to Sim Only? We'll transfer your remaining credit to your new subscription. You'll only use this credit once you've used up all the data from your Sim Only plan. So, no need to purchase additional credit.
You decide which date your contract starts. Click the link in your confirmation email to activate your SIM card, or set it up in the MyLebara app. Did you request to keep your old number? If so, activate your subscription on the day your number is transferred.
With Sim Only, you can choose between a 24-month contract with even bigger savings, or a flexible monthly rolling contract that continues for as long as you want. With either of these options, you can increase or decrease your bundle each month for free.
With Prepaid, you pay only for what you use. Sounds good, right? But if you use your phone a lot, you'll save even more with Sim Only, which gives you the calling, texting and data you need, all for a low monthly rate. Click here to read more about the differences between Prepaid and Sim Only.
Want to sign up for an additional subscription? No problem! Simply fill in your personal details again when ordering. If you've signed up for a different subscription before, we'll ask you to use a different email address.

Lebara caps out-of-bundle spending at €10 a month. This keeps you from accidentally overspending, so you don't have to worry about any unpleasant surprises on your monthly phone bill.
Used all your bundle? Continue calling, texting and using data for 12 cents per minute or text message, and 10 cents per MB of data. Your monthly out-of-bundle spending is capped at €10, so you'll never have any unpleasant surprises on your phone bill. You can always top up your credit to keep calling, texting and using data at our usual low rates.
Want to readjust your bundle for the month ahead? Go to MyLebara to set your new bundle amount for free. You can activate unlimited calling and texting for just €2 a month. There's also an add-on to double your internet speed.

Keep your old number for free. Simply request this when ordering your Sim Only plan. Once you order is complete, you'll receive an email with an activation link. Click the link to start calling, texting and using data any time, without changing to a new phone number.
Our Fair Use Policy applies to unlimited calling and texting, setting a cap at 3,000 minutes and 1,000 texts.
