Are you switching from Lebara Prepaid to Sim Only? Then we'll just transfer your remaining credit to your new subscription. You'll only use this credit once you’ve used up all the data from your Sim Only plan. So no need to to purchase additional credit.

You decide which day your contract will start. Activate your Sim Only by clicking the link in the confirmation email. Or set it up through the MyLebara app.

With Sim Only you can either choose for a 24 month contract with even bigger savings, or for a flexible monthly rolling contract that will go on for as long as you want to. With both subcriptions you can increase or decrease the value every month free of charge.

If you don’t use Prepaid, you won’t pay anything. Convenient, isn't it? But if you are on the phone a lot, send tons of texts, or use plenty of data, then Sim Only is a better option. Would you like to sign up for an additional subscription? That’s possible. You can just fill in your personal details again when ordering. If you have signed up for a different subscription before, we will ask you to use a different email address.

An extra subscription is great if you want a second subscription for someone else. So it’s a convenient option for parents, administrators or employers.

Lebara also offers you a free service which means you can go to a maximum of 10 euro out-of-bundle costs each month. This way you’ll never be unpleasantly surprised by a high invoice.

Used up your bundle? Then you can continue calling, texting and using data for 12 cent per minute or text and for 10 cent per MB. We have a 10 euro per month spend cap, that way you’ll never be unpleasantly surprised by a high invoice. Of course you can always top up your out-of-bundle credit at our usual low rates.

Would you like some more the next month? Or a bit less? You can always adjust your plan free of charge through MyLebara. You can also activate our unlimited calling & texting add-on for just an additional 2 euro, and you can double your internet speed.

Keeping your old number is completely free. You can just request it while ordering your Sim Only plan. After you completed your order you’ll receive an e-mail with an activation link. After clicking this link you can straight away start calling, texting and using data with your old number and SIM.
