1. Sales Operations Manager

 

Department: Sales
Location: Amsterdam
Reporting to: Sales Manager Ethnic

 

Key accountabilities and responsibilities::

 

  • Responsible for visiting the different National Retail outlets within the target group with the goal to create visibility. P.O.S. material is pasted as well in store as out store to manage the goal.
  • Work closely with the Sales Managers to ensure that they have all relevant data to make decisions.
  • Design, Build and Deliver an ongoing analysis of all sales across all channels.
  • Report to management the ongoing sales analysis, data, trends & insight and opportunities across the business, tracking performance against plan.
  • Understand the Lebara customer, sales channels/processes and what opportunities the business may develop.
  • Set up operational reporting.
  • Work with all sales teams to set up processes in such way that we can track & trace, prevent fraud or improve performance.
  • Implement new initiatives through all the channels.

 

Skills and Experience:
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to present complex data sets and ideas.
  • IT skills – Microsoft suite with emphasis on advanced Excel.
  • You are creative, analytic, pragmatic and project focused.
  • Flexible approach to role and requirements.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales support role.
  • Ability to build strong supportive relationships across all territories.
  • Has a very strong commercial awareness and able to spot opportunities, threats, issues and weaknesses

2. Trade Marketing Manager- vast of interim

 

Department: Marketing
Location: Amsterdam
Reporting to: Marketing Director

 

Main Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the role:

 

1. Tactical and operational B2C and B2B communications (50%)
  • Manage Lebara “brand bible”, creative framework and control Lebara style guide in conjunction with Lebara Head Quarters Marketing team in UK.
  • Single point of contact communication group regarding branding and materials
  • Manage marcom display process, based on the following criteria: deadline; impact to business, costs
  • Define, create, implement and control communication measures for Lebara Mobile NL
  • Create copy and draft compelling copy for example web and print as required for both B2B as B2C, Manage marcom requests from the marketing department team members, create and maintain consistent work flow (planning) in order to manage expectations Develop PR strategy together with Lebara Group, local marketing director and managing director
  • Manage all ad hoc operational request on a daily basis from inside the business (including possible requests from sales)

 

2. Brand and proposition awareness (25%)
  • Create yearly, quarterly overall media plans based on clear objectives
  • Purchase of marketing materials
  • Media (manage media agency)
  • POS material Budget responsible for generic media (POS material; pr agency; OOH; ads in Metro)

 

3. Ethnic Channel support (20%)
  • Achieve Net GA’s as set in budget / business plans
  • Project / Campaign management

 

4. Support Online communications (5%)
  • Lebara.nl
  • Social media

 

Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in communication
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Team player
  • Results-driven
  • Preferably knowledge of Ethnic Marketing

3. Account Manager / Regio Manager

 

Department: Retail Sales
Location: Maastricht
Reporting to: Retail Sales Manager

 

As the Account Manager Retail (Limburg Region), you maintain visibility of the Lebara brand in the Retail channel through using P.O.S. material. You also announce new/current promotions and build up relationship with retailers.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities::
  • Responsible for visiting the different National Retail outlets within the target group with the goal to create visibility. P.O.S. material is pasted as well in store as out store to manage the goal.
  • Responsible to proactively detect the actions/needs/propositions of the competitors and inform the main office in advance.
  • Responsible for building a good relationship with retail P.O.S. outlets. Focus: Service orientated.
  • Keep your own region P.O.S and administration up-to-date up.
  • Work also in other areas in the Netherlands and not only in your region (if applicable).
  • Check visibility agreements & running promotions with retail channels.
  • Responsible that POS material is in time and at the right place.

 

Skills and Experience:
  • You are creative, energetic, ambitious and persistent. You strive to reach the best solution, always;
  • You have sales skills and are able to start things from scratch. You need to be able to ‘launch and learn’, to adjust and steer your own output and results;
  • MBO level of working and thinking is required;
  • Telecom experience is a pre;
  • Experience in the Retail channel is a pre;
  • Not a 9 to 5 mentality;
  • Driving license;
  • Pragmatic;
  • Team player with eye for business goals;
  • Excellent communicator;
  • Excellent verbal and written Dutch;
  • Results-driven
  • Self-motivated, target-focused with a holistic approach of working and a good sense of humor.

4. Senior Product Manager – Post Paid

 

Department: Marketing
Location: Amsterdam
Reporting to: Marketing Director

 

Role Purpose:

Lebara’s award winning team which provides Prepay services to over 2.5m customers across 8 countries now plans to expand its product footprint to include PostPaid. The role; to innovate and keep on innovating, working within a small dynamic entrepreneurial team supported by Lebara’s larger core business. Lebara led the market when it created the international calling MVNO model. Now with its customer’s needs evolving Lebara looks to innovate again with the launch of its PostPaid contract product. Implementing PostPaid will follow a truly agile delivery methodology where components are delivered and tested / observed against customer behaviour then evolved as fast as possible - “learn and adapt”. The Senior Product Manager is the commercial lead for PostPaid (Sim Only).

 

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities to include:
  • Commercial lead
  • Drive product development based on market and consumer insights
    Support sales in reaching their targets
    Align deliverables with Operations and Marketing colleagues

     

  • Project management to bring products into the market
  • Align business requirements with technical developments: product roadmap
    Inform Operations, Marketing & Sales teams on deliverables

     

  • Initiate, implement and optimize activities aimed at raising customer value and satisfaction
  • Defining our competitive positioning and keeping on top of broader industry developments
  • Work with key stakeholders to proactively identify and manage roadblocks and resource constraints
  • Define ideal customer experience and prioritise the development roadmap
  • Define and develop regular PostPaid product KPI reporting and the ability to analyse data sets to support product decisions

 

Skills and Experience:
  • Experience of delivering digital products from product definition to consumer launch and acquisition
  • Significant product management/development experience in mobile voice products
  • Ability to break large projects into manageable pieces, prioritising according to value
  • Good understanding of the platforms used to deliver contract products
  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Good understanding of telecoms market in general and more specifically the post-paid market
  • Hands on and can do mentality with focus on results
  • Knowledgeable in technology
  • Experience as post-paid product manager for more than 8 years
  • Good English and Dutch language skills
  • Experience in multi-cultural, international environment
  • Teamplayer
